Returns and Exchanges
Each of my pieces is handcrafted and *all sales are final* – No Credit Card Refunds. I do accept exchange requests, excluding custom/commissioned work. Exchange is available for credit towards another within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to initiate an exchange, email me at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of jewelry with your exchange request.
Each item must be in its original condition or a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange credit. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange that is not in resale condition. Credit for exchanged merchandise will be extended for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
