Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade jewelry, some variations in fabrication or stones may be present in your piece. My goal to provide you with the highest quality jewelry, and for you to love it without reserve.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may exchange a piece for credit towards another within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at laurie@xikijewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of jewelry, and we will send you detailed instructions for shipping. Your original sales receipt may be required.

You will be responsible for shipping and insurance for all exchanges. Please include tracking, and insure the package for the full value of the jewelry. Package it in its original gift box inside of a larger box with bubble wrap to prevent rattling and protect the piece during transit.

Credit for exchanged merchandise will be extended for 1 year from the date of purchase.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Discounted or items on sale cannot be exchanged. All sales for discounted items are final.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
