Shipping policy

Shipping
All purchases are gift wrapped, insured and are shipped with tracking. XIKI Jewelry offers free Domestic shipping within the United States. 

All packages are shipped in a flat rate boxes USPS Priority.

If your order is time sensitive or you would prefer a different method or carrier, please contact me directly at laurie@xikijewelry.com.

For international shipping, packages are shipped with USPS first class international. International shipping cost is $10.00 and can take up to two weeks to arrive. Custom fees may be applied and your package may be held in customs for a certain amount of time. XIKI Jewelry is not responsible for any custom fees applied or the duration your package is held in customs. Please check with you local postal service regarding any duty fees you may be charge or have to pay upon receiving your package.

There are some countries that do not allow jewelry to be shipped to. Please verify your countries rules and regulations and import policies before making your purchase.

For Lost packages, the customer must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for international before making a claim.

Damage Claims can be filed immediately.

Claims must be filed no later than 80 days from the shipping date.

International and return Shipping costs are non refundable.

XIKI Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping.
